What Is the Kolbe Index Assessment?
Unlike personality tests, the Kolbe assessment measures the instinct driving what people do and why they do it—how people solve problems, make decisions, and approach work when they’re left to their own devices.
It doesn’t reveal your intelligence or personality. Instead, the Kolbe Index zeroes in on “conative” strengths, your natural mode of problem-solving.
