Careers At Rose Garden
We’re building a team of sharp, driven people who take ownership, think critically, and care deeply about doing exceptional work. If you demand excellence from others and yourself, you might belong here.
Our Culture
At Rose Garden, we believe the right environment can bring out the best—or worst—in people. So we've built a culture that demands more and rewards those who rise to meet the challenge.

And for the right kind of person, it’s the most energizing place you’ll ever work. If you’re here, it’s because you’re capable of more—and you know it.

What It Means To Work At Rose Garden
Fight only the battles you are paid to fight.
Our business is change, so we are on offense. All the time.
Perfect results count, not a perfect process; it might not be pretty, but break the rules: fight bureaucracy and conventional thinking.
To make sure people keep their promises, you must push yourself to push others.
Stretch the possible because your job’s not done until The Job Is Done.
You're in the big leagues now. This is a privilege. Act like it and be a professional. Don’t complain about the opportunity to be better and do something great.
We are in the business of client service - you are the concierge at the Four Seasons. If a client wants a mountain moved, we move it. No questions. As a junior, your “clients” are who you report to.
Everybody makes mistakes. Own them with action-oriented solutions, not long-winded stories.
Work doesn’t end at 5 pm. No exceptions, no excuses.
Timelines/Quality: clients expect everything to be done perfectly and delivered yesterday. Someone is paying $850+ for one hour of your time. Think about that in everything you do. All communication and work. Everything needs to be prompt, professional, and polished.
Take ownership of everything you do. Once you touch a document/work stream, you own every mistake in it, fair or not.
“We can’t do that, period,” is never an acceptable answer.
Nothing is ever “Not Your Job.”
Being right isn’t special. You better be right, a lot.
Standards are the bare minimum you are prepared to tolerate; it speaks volumes about the quality of person you are.
Bias for action, decision towards progress.
Have a backbone, but if it’s decided, disagree and commit.
Leadership is a lonely road where you have to care for those who speak ill of you.
There is only enough room for one Diva in a conversation.
